Do you offer online counselling sessions only?
Currently, only telehealth/online counselling sessions are offered. Under special circumstances, counselling may be offered in-person. Please discuss this with counsellor.
Who do you offer your counselling services to?
Telehealth Counselling Service is offered to clients who are located in Australia.
How do I book or reschedule a session?
Log in to your client portal via Zandahealth. Navigate to your appointment and follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
What if I need to leave early from a session?
It is encouraged that you schedule an appointment that you are certain you can attend the full session. Sessions are charged at the normal rate regardess of the time spent. This also applies for packaged session.
What is the cancellation policy and billing?
Cancellations or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend your scheduled sessions, you will be billed the full session fee.
One late cancellation or no-show may be waived as a courtesy, after this the full fee is applied.
For Packaged sessions, it will be counted as having a session completed if no notice or less than 24 hours notice was given.

Do you provied counselling for clients under 18?
Clients at Encompass Growth Counselling are required to be 18 years old or older.
How are sessions billed?
Individual sessions are billed at the completion of session.
Packaged sessions are billed the total after confirmation at the end of session.
Alternative payment arrangements can be discussed with the counsellor.
