Do you offer online counselling sessions only?
Currently, only telehealth/online counselling sessions are offered. Under special circumstances, counselling may potentially be offered in-person. Please discuss this with counsellor.
Who do you offer your counselling services to?
Telehealth counselling services are offered to clients residing in Australia & New Zealand.
How do I book or reschedule a session?
Log in to your client portal via Zandahealth. Navigate to your appointment and follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
What if I need to leave early from a session?
It is encouraged that you schedule an appointment that you are certain you can attend the full session. Sessions are charged at the normal rate regardless of the time spent.
What is the cancellation policy and billing?
Cancellations or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within less than 24 hours notice, or do not attend your scheduled sessions, you will be billed the full session fee.
One late cancellation or no-show may be waived as a courtesy, after this the full fee is applied.

Do you provide counselling for clients under 18?
Clients at Encompass Growth Counselling are required to be 18 years old or older.
How are sessions billed?
Individual sessions are billed at the completion of session.
