One of the most frightening and challenging questions we can ask ourselves is,“Who am I?”.
It’s overwhelming because a lot of the time, our answer is “I don’t know”.
How does one even begin to answer that question?
But also, we’re expected to know.
We’re expected to have the answers, since it’s ourselves that we are talking about.
What if I can help you learn about you?
How I can help you:
Uncover You: You will be prompted with insightful and thoughtful questions that help you think about you. It’s okay if you may not have the answers. There will be other ways of uncovering you e.g. scenario-based questions.
Understand your barriers: Together, we can share deep conversations that may help us understand any barriers that prevent you from being the real you. This will always be a safe space where you can share anything without fear or judgement. The purpose is to work together, to help you overcome challenges with support along the way.
Processing memories & experiences: Our memories and experience can significantly shape who we are today. Some are good memories that can help you feel warmth and comfort. Some memories can be triggering and have you in a difficult emotional state. It’s okay - you are not alone, and your emotions will be met with kindness and empathy.
Understand your values & boundaries: Understanding your value can help you focus on what truly matters to you. Boundaries are also important in honouring what is acceptable and comfortable for you. As we work together, we would slowly notice and understand what is valuable to you, and what your boundaries are. This may become more noticeable after process memories and experiences together.
Allow yourself the chance to get know who you really are without the facade.
You are capable, more than you know.
