Our families are often the first place we learn about the world and the people in it. They teach us how to communicate, connect and share love with those around us.
Yet, it can be difficult when it comes to our family.
Sometimes, our family brings some of the deepest pains that stay with us into adulthood.
It can feel impossible to communicate with them, leading us to feeling unheard, unsafe and unloved.
With support, navigating personality differences and unresolved trauma, you can be guided towards healing and growth.

Explore communication styles: Together, we can explore some of your important moments with your family. Discussing these helps exchange insights and to explore any potential communication barriers or styles.
Navigating conflict: We can work together to develop realistic strategies to navigate family conflict whilst protecting your wellbeing.
Understanding your needs & values: Together, we can develop new ways on how you can show up as yourself authentically. It is possible to communicate one message, but in different ways.
Unlearn beliefs, teachings or patterns: Sometimes, there are some family influences that no longer align with who we are, or who we want to be. Having someone to support you as you transition to be the person you want to be can help you feel more confident.
Counselling can be your personal and safe home.
