Not only is anxiety an overwhelming feeling, but it is an overwhelming state. 

It can feel as though your body has shut down, but also panicking frantically.  

It’s uncomfortable.

But it can be worked on.

  • Understand your anxiety: Anxiety shows up in different ways for people, and it’s important to understand how your one shows up.

  • Understand the fear: Together, we can go deeper and understand your thoughts and feelings behind the fear. There are different types of fear that may be underneath. E.g. fear of judgement, rejection, etc.

  • Understand your perception of anxiety: Anxiety can be perceived in many ways. Some people view it as a good thing to have. Some view anxiety as a bad thing to develop. Understanding your perception helps us to work together in managing anxiety where needed.

  • Develop strategies towards your goals with anxiety: Together, we can figure out and experiment different ways to help you gain more control of your anxiety.


    Anxiety can be a crippling and gnawing feeling.

    However, you can help yourself.

    You are still capable of doing great things, even with anxiety.
